All the existing/New vendors are requested to do the bidder enrollment on NIC e-procurement portal by clicking Online Bidder Enrollment on https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app.
This will enable the vendor to download Tender Schedule free of cost and submit the bids online through this portal. Then the Digital Signature enrolment has to be done with the e-token, after logging into the portal. The e-token may be obtained from one of the authorized Certifying Authorities such as eMudhraCA/GNFC/IDRBT/MtnlTrustline/SafeScrpt/TCS. Click here for step by step procedure for enrolment.
